 iFur treats each order as a priority and aims to dispatch goods as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary based on the type of order, such as direct/customized products. Presently, all deliveries take approximately 5-7 business weeks. iFur is dedicated to dispatching products within this timeline. However, exceptional situations like transport strikes, riots, or natural calamities may extend the delivery time. In such cases, iFur may cancel the order and refund the full amount.

What if I don't get my furniture even after the estimated date?

If you're waiting longer than usual, track your order or contact Customer Service Representatives at +919667066988 (9 AM - 9 PM).

Are there additional fees for shipping my product?

 No, all products at iFur are shipped free of charge.

How will you deliver my purchase?

 iFur has partnered with leading logistics companies to ensure intact and timely furniture delivery.

Can I receive my order at a different address?

Yes, iFur can deliver furniture to an address other than the billing address.

Can you deliver my product overseas?

 No, currently iFur products are available for national delivery only.

What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Upon delivery, ensure the packaging is intact and no part of the furniture is damaged or missing. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Where does iFur provide free installation services?

 iFur offers free installation in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore currently.

Does iFur provide free installation for all products?

iFur does not provide free installation for Wall Shelves, Decor Items, or similar products costing less than INR 5000.

What should a customer do with the wooden crate/packaging material?

The wooden packaging material is iFur's property and should not be disposed of by the customer. iFur collects these for recycling.

Does iFur deliver products to a customer's doorstep?

 iFur is responsible for doorstep delivery if the house or society has a service lift. Otherwise, delivery is made to the ground floor.

What should a customer do in case of a broken product?

Contact iFur to report any broken product. The customer is responsible for keeping the product until a solution is reached.

Custom Product Delivery timeline?

Custom-made products may have a 2-3 week delay over the regular 5-7 week delivery time.

 iFur currently serves more than 30 cities across India.
