Easy Referral Tracking

Eligible referrals will be recorded through the affiliate's unique referral link, code, registered contact details, or another tracking method approved by iFUR.

Affiliate Commission

Affiliate commission rates may vary depending on:

  • Product category

  • Order value

  • Promotional campaign

  • Affiliate partnership level

  • Special offers

  • Custom orders

  • Commercial or bulk orders

The applicable commission will be communicated to the affiliate separately or displayed in the affiliate dashboard, where available.

Commission is calculated on the eligible net order value after applicable discounts, cancellations, refunds, taxes, shipping charges, installation charges, or other excluded charges, where applicable.

When Is Commission Earned?

An affiliate commission will generally become eligible only when:

  • The customer has been successfully attributed to the affiliate.

  • The order has been confirmed by iFUR.

  • Required payment has been received.

  • The product has been delivered or the transaction has otherwise been successfully completed.

  • The applicable return, cancellation or verification period has passed.

  • The order has not been cancelled, refunded, disputed or identified as fraudulent.

Pending commissions do not represent guaranteed earnings.

Referral Attribution

For a referral to qualify, the customer should use the affiliate's:

  • Unique affiliate link

  • Referral code

  • Registered affiliate name

  • Registered phone number

  • Other approved referral mechanism

Where multiple affiliates claim the same customer, iFUR may determine attribution based on its records, tracking data, first verified referral, latest eligible referral, or other reasonable evidence.

iFUR's decision regarding referral attribution will be final.

Existing Customers & Previous Enquiries

Commission may not be payable where:

  • The customer was already in active discussion with iFUR before the referral.

  • The customer had already received a quotation from iFUR.

  • The customer was already recorded as an existing lead.

  • The order was generated independently of the affiliate.

  • The customer used another affiliate's valid referral before completing the purchase.

Eligibility will be determined based on iFUR's internal records.

Affiliate Payouts

Approved commissions may be paid through:

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI

  • Other payment methods approved by iFUR

Affiliates may be required to provide valid payment, identity, PAN, GST, invoice or taxation information wherever applicable.

Applicable taxes, deductions or TDS may be applied in accordance with Indian law.

The minimum payout amount and payout schedule, if applicable, will be communicated separately.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

No affiliate commission will be payable on orders that are:

  • Cancelled

  • Fully refunded

  • Fraudulent

  • Chargeback transactions

  • Duplicate orders

  • Unpaid

  • Rejected

  • Returned where a refund is issued

  • Otherwise determined to be ineligible

If commission has already been paid on an order that is subsequently refunded, cancelled or disputed, iFUR may adjust the amount against future affiliate earnings or request repayment where appropriate.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote iFUR professionally and accurately.

Affiliates may use approved:

  • Product images

  • Product links

  • Promotional creatives

  • Offers

  • Videos

  • Product information

  • Brand materials

Affiliates must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Make guarantees not authorised by iFUR.

  • Advertise fake discounts or incorrect prices.

  • Misrepresent themselves as employees or authorised representatives of iFUR.

  • Make unauthorised commitments regarding refunds, warranties, delivery timelines or pricing.

  • Use misleading advertisements.

  • Engage in spam.

  • Promote iFUR through illegal, offensive or fraudulent content.

  • Create fake customer accounts or self-referrals for the purpose of earning commission.

  • Use iFUR trademarks, logos or brand identity in a misleading manner.

Pricing & Offers

Product prices, discounts, offers and promotions may change from time to time.

Affiliates should not guarantee a price unless it has been officially confirmed by iFUR.

Final pricing will always be based on the quotation, invoice or order confirmation issued by iFUR.

Customisation may affect the final product price.

Custom Furniture Orders

For customised furniture, pricing may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Dimensions

  • Fabric

  • Material

  • Finish

  • Foam

  • Hardware

  • Design modifications

  • Quantity

  • Delivery location

  • Installation requirements

Affiliate commission on customised orders will be calculated according to the final eligible order value approved by iFUR.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable laws and advertising standards.

Where required, affiliates should clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from purchases made through their affiliate link or referral.

For example:

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my referral link.”

Intellectual Property

All iFUR trademarks, logos, product photographs, designs, website content, graphics and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of iFUR or their respective owners.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not transfer ownership of any iFUR intellectual property to the affiliate.

Affiliates may only use approved brand materials for the purpose of promoting iFUR during their participation in the program.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated for activities including:

  • Fraudulent referrals

  • Fake transactions

  • Self-generated fraudulent orders

  • Misleading promotions

  • Trademark misuse

  • Spam

  • Coupon abuse

  • Manipulation of tracking systems

  • Unauthorised paid advertising using iFUR's brand name

  • Impersonating iFUR

  • Providing incorrect information to customers

  • Any activity that may damage iFUR's reputation

Any commission associated with prohibited activity may be cancelled.

Right to Approve or Reject Applications

iFUR reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

Approval to the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership or joint venture relationship between iFUR and the affiliate.

Affiliates operate as independent referral partners.

Modification of the Affiliate Program

iFUR may modify:

  • Commission rates

  • Eligibility criteria

  • Referral rules

  • Payout schedules

  • Promotional guidelines

  • Affiliate benefits

  • Program terms

from time to time.

Updated terms may be published on the website or communicated to registered affiliates.

Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Affiliate Program terms.

Suspension or Termination

iFUR may suspend or terminate an affiliate account where there is:

  • Violation of these terms

  • Fraud or suspected fraud

  • Misrepresentation

  • Brand misuse

  • Customer complaints

  • Manipulation of referrals

  • Unethical promotional practices

  • Violation of applicable law

Affiliates may also request to leave the program at any time.

Eligible unpaid commissions accrued before termination may be processed subject to verification and these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iFUR will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed and will depend entirely on eligible and successfully completed referrals.

Privacy

Information provided during affiliate registration will be processed in accordance with the iFUR Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Affiliate information may be used for:

  • Account management

  • Referral verification

  • Commission calculation

  • Payment processing

  • Tax compliance

  • Communication

  • Fraud prevention
